The hangar is located at the “Birds Roost Hangar complex at the Kenosha Municipal Airport on the south side of the field. The hangar door is an electrically operated bi-fold door. The multi-purpose room is “roughed in” for a toilet but needs completion and hook-up to the sewer. There is water in the hangar during the warm months of the year. There is both 110 VAC and 220 VAC. The building has a concrete floor throughout. Natural gas is available for heat if desired.
